Each year, The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars offers approximately 20-25 residential fellowships to scholars working with national and/or international issues in the social sciences and humanities. Eligible candidates must hold a Ph.D. and can be citizens or permanent residents from any country, provided they hold a valid passport and obtain a J1 Visa.
Wilson Center fellowships provide the opportunity for scholars to propose projects involving public policy issues that are related to three main themes: governance, the U.S. role in the world, and future challenges. The online application will be available in the early summer.
