Idaho State University (ISU) is still awarding non-resident tuition waiver scholarships for 2011-12. Students need to be admitted to an eligible undergraduate program by May 1 and have a 3.0+ GPA.
ISU offers programs in business, engineering, arts, sciences, health professions, and technology.
